Each year, OSCP reviews its performance and sets out its priorities for the following year. In 2011, OSCP produced a Community Safety plan that sets out our priorities for the next three years.

The plan is split into three categories, according to the type of projects OSCP are involved with to keep Oxford a safe place. They are:

• Projects that tackle communities' concerns;
• Projects that support victims, or prevent a person from becoming a victim of crime or anti-social behaviour;
• Projects that tackle those who commit, or are at risk of committing, crime and anti-social behaviour.
